A deeply experienced human resources leader & organisational development specialist with more than 25 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry across Australia, Europe & Asia. Previously a member of multiple global & regional business leadership teams,Helen has also led large, diverse teams in a highly matrixed organisation, honing stakeholder management expertise in the process. She also played a key leadership role in the integration of Shell & British Gas (BG) in Australia, the largest merger in Shell’s 116-year history.

Beyond her extensive oil & gas experience, Helen spent 5 years consulting to leaders in the energy & mining sectors with a focus on strategy development as well as organisational, senior leadership & team development & performance. An accredited executive coach, she leverages her leadership experience to support & challenge leaders to obtain insight & hold them accountable for action.
