We are a team of Leadership Development Specialists, each with a breadth of experience as not only a consultant, facilitator and coach but also as executive leaders themselves. With diverse global experience, our team has built their craft alongside some of the best in the world and is passionate about the difference great leadership can make.

Our Approach

The team at APS brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the area of Leadership Development, ranging from working with some of the worlds best Executive Education Schools, through to bespoke program development, facilitation and individual leadership coaching.

The APS designed leadership programs take a multidimensional approach to learning, combining small/large group discussion, case study, networking opportunities, executive coaching, experiential activities and simulations to provide new insights and give participants opportunities to apply them.

We do not have a suite of ‘canned’ content – each time we work with a client we listen – we learn – and we create custom programs integrated with the context if their workplace with a focus on embedding sustainable leadership practices.
