Trevor founded Advance People Solutions driven by a desire to bring together a team of like-minded HR & OD professionals – highly capable professionals with a broad range of skills and experience and a shared set of work principles about the way we engage and deliver value to business.
Trevor’s career has seen him employed as an Operator, Production Supervisor, Senior Employee Relations Advisor, Business Manager, Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager and immediately prior to establishing Advance People Solutions, employed as General Manager of Human Resources of Argyle Diamonds, part of the Rio Tinto Group.
With over 20 years experience in the resources industry, Trevor is equally at home around the toolbox, in the pit or taking a seat in the boardroom. He keeps it real, respecting everyone’s contributions, harnessing potential and finding solutions through others.
Not surprisingly, Trevor is equally capable and comfortable when working with leaders; developing business strategy, building their capability, creating fit-for-purpose organisational structure or designing robust people systems.
His proven track record and reputation has built the solid foundation for his sought-after advice and services to a range of organisations and industries across Australia.
