Sandy Bennetts

Sandy has 20 years experience in human resource management and organisational development having worked in a broad range of industries in a variety of key internal and consulting roles. Her breadth of experience and depth of insight means she can undertake complex performance analysis and then craft and implement solutions that integrate with your existing processes and systems and are harmonious with your organisational culture.

Culture development and change management are significant areas of expertise. In many roles, Sandy has helped facilitate a major shift in culture within organisations. Engagement is the key; people have got to see the need first then understand their role before they will be motivated to make the crossing; you can’t make them cross, it’s a choice they make.

And she is passionate about leadership, “I’ve been attracted to great leadership since I can remember and have been lucky enough to work with some great leaders. They come in all shapes and sizes, in a range of guises but all work with great sense of humanity … leadership, at is essence, is a people thing”.

Leaders cast long shadows over an organisation’s landscape so Sandy works with organisations to help them assess their leadership potential, define their leadership principles and practices and create tailored leadership development programs to release their full potential.

She is an experienced coach and an accomplished facilitator so she works with individuals and groups of leaders, helping them to achieve clarity of role purpose & accountabilities and then facilitating the required development to set them up for success.

Sandy and Trevor have teamed up to take the lead on the development and delivery of employee engagement and alignment programs. Strategic planning is generally done well in organisations however how it is communicated and executed throughout the organisation often falls well short of the mark. This work really sets individuals and teams up for success.

Above all else, people are Sandy's business. She works with people, believing the best, building confidence, unlocking potential, developing capability, cultivating team strength and creating an environment of trust so as to improve individual, team and ultimately organisation effectiveness.
