Samantha Couch
Samantha is a Registered Psychologist who has extensive experience as consultant psychologist and more recently as a HR/Organisational Development professional in WA and QLD. Her particular skills and focus areas include team development, coaching, career management, psychological assessment, performance management and organisational reviews & design.
With a strong emphasis on people development, Samantha ran a successful consultancy business through the creation of unique coaching and leadership development programs. Her career also includes consulting in Board effectiveness and development of associated Board assessment tools.
Accredited in various psychological assessments, Samantha has access to an array of tools to assist in selection, employee development, training and career counseling.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Murdoch University and is currently completing an MBA at Curtin University. She is also a Member of the Psychologists Board of Western Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
