Neil Delaney
Neil comes to the sunny shores of WA from the colder climes of the UK.
His six years of HR experience in the UK focused largely on the strategic alignment of the HR function, developing HR policies and practices and repositioning people management on the organisational agenda.
Since being based in Perth and the Pilbara, Neil has been working primarily in the resources sector working with HR and Operations. His projects have included job design, role profiling, HR policy reviews, the creation of an employee incentive and development program and operational process improvement reviews.
Neil enjoys working with others and it’s clear that the feeling is mutual. His professional, amiable approach has enabled him to build strong and effective relationships with his clients and colleagues.
He has a proven record in delivering results, a good technical knowledge, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and enjoys being able to help clients first hand with the delivery of well reasoned, practical, high quality solutions.
