Resourceful and versatile, Narelle is a great asset to the APS team. With extensive skills in policy development, recruitment, training and communications and a natural ability to establish strong working relationships, she delivers effective and sustainable solutions to meet corporate goals.
2007 saw Narelle providing HR policy development and recruitment & selection management to organisations including Rio Tinto and CP Mining. With nearly 10 years experience in project management, Narelle has a unique ability to coordinate people and processes, achieving exceptional results. Prior to APS, Narelle lived in America where she held numerous roles in Training and Development and Communications.
Her successes to date largely stem from her extensive cross-cultural experiences and diverse working background. Together, these have shaped Narelles professional capacity to cater to the specific industry needs of our clients.
