Maria’s a rare gem – she combines her eighteen years of experience working in various human resources management and organisational development roles across both private and public sectors and her great record of achievement with an irrepressible passion and creative flair that sees her in high demand.
Her industry experience is broad with a really solid exposure to the resources sector in both operational and project roles. This includes EPCM (incl. ABB Engineering Construction, Transfield Worley, BHPB RNP), Operational Mining (incl. Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Iluka Resources, Tiwest, WMC ) and Oil and Gas Production (Wandoo Alliance – Mobil)
She’s a strategist and can sit comfortably at any table, she’s also a pragmatist and can deliver great HR & OD consulting services but above all else, she’s a transformer. Through great design and inspired delivery, she can mobilise energy and create constructive and sustainable change lifting individuals and organisations to a whole new performance level.
Maria has teamed up with Rod to design and deliver the APS Wellness Program, the Zone, to industry.
