Lucinda Locke
Lucinda is a Human Resource generalist with a talent and preference for site based roles, relishing the challenges of working with frontline leaders in operations environments.
Lucinda's HR career has been entirely mining, minerals processing and oil and gas, accross the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland. Being employed with some of Australia's major resource companies over the 80's and 90's, Lucinda's experience has enabled her to move between consulting on specific HR project work and filling a diverse range of senior site-based HR roles on a contracting basis.
Lucina's generalist experience covers all areas of human resources, with particular strengths in policy development, recruitment, leadership coaching and case management - both performance related and injury management. She is known for her flexibility and all-round practical know-how and she is able to hit the ground running and quickly start delivering results.
