Asha Stabback
Asha is dynamic and youthful, with close to five years experience in a range of industries following the completion of her Commerce degree at UWA. Prior to commencing with APS, Asha worked within the resources sector at SKM, before moving across to Rio Tinto's Iron Ore Expansion Projects team. Keen to join fellow Aussies in London, in 2004 Asha relocated and quickly established herself within the HR Operations team at Morgan Stanley, where she worked in a generalist HR role and undertook components of the graduate recruitment and internship programs.
Asha returned to Australia working for Rio Tinto in a role assist ing with implementation of the Iron Ore Document Management System. Upon completion of this Rio Tinto project Asha secured a permanent position with Western Power. Asha commenced during the lead period to the disaggregation of Western Power and assisted Synergy to implement a cultural change program as well and recruit personnel across the organisation.
Within APS, Asha has shown her adaptability and capacity to perform in a range of roles, from process mapping to generalist HR and recruitment and is currently completing her Masters at UWA to further expand her knowledge within the HR and IR areas.
