Bree Mitchelson
Bree is one of our young guns with 5 years experience in HR and loads of motivation and energy to make a contribution to the field. And we have every belief she will do just that – it’s the combination of her capability and drive that is so impressive – she’s hungry to achieve and that translates to great value for her clients.
Prior to joining us, she acquired a solid base of broad HR experience working on both sides of Australia and in London. During that time, she developed a high level of competency in relation to employee retention.
At APS she has been predominantly engaged in job analysis and role profiling in a range of industries. This work has given her great insight into how organisations get work done and greater insight into how she can play her part in improving organisational effectiveness. She is also laying a great foundation for future coaching work; undertaking studies in career development and investing in a coaching program to build her personal and leadership effectiveness.
