Coaching Services

Coaching provides the opportunity for deeper engagement and thus potential for a deeper level of change. Leaders enter a partnership with an APS coach, setting goals at the outset and then combining their efforts in order to achieve them.

The answers can always be found within the leader, the coach’s role is to heighten the leader’s self awareness with regard to their thinking patterns and behaviour, to identify skill development needs and develop strategies for their achievement and to recalibrate personal, career and business goals.

Our business, our market, our passion is Human Resources and Organisational Development.

We have a growing pool of high calibre professionals who can provide consulting analysis and advice or provide support by taking leadership of a special project or undertake operational work.

Our services can be offered on a fixed hourly rate, a project specific rate or consultants can be deployed on a retainer for a fixed number of hours per week, either in-house or remote.
